As a long-time sweeper (since the early 1980’s) I DO NOT care for the change in the entry format for the select few prizes that require multiple steps to enter. The original method/format requires only two (2) keystrokes at a maximum to enter. Over-complicated and time consuming! Sometimes change is not good!
I won a $10 gift card quite a while ago but didn’t use it yet as I was waiting in the hopes that I might win another and I wanted to combine them if I got lucky enough to win more than one. The code showed up here for a long time but now it no longer shows, so I have no idea what my code is so that I can actually use it. As the contest is almost over, I would still like to take advantage of it. Is there a way I can find out what the code is?

Won a code for a bonus mask upon ordering, but… being in Canada it is not any good as you do not ship outside the US.
I have bought 3 of these masks, wish I had waited until they had the nose piece. In any case, no washing instructions are included (every other mask I have bought had them). I have emailed your company and written here, twice, with no answer. Happy you have established a company to assist during this time, but customer service and the courtesy of replies would be appreciated.

A general comment to anyone thinking of designing / making / selling face masks. If you do not wear eyeglasses, then GET a pair of eyeglasses, and it does not matter if they are prescription or just the cheapest pair of lowest power readers you can find at the Dollar store. The point is to wear them WITH the face mask on and see how they do together. Can the eyeglasses fit comfortably on your face with the mask on at the same time? And most importantly, does your own expelled breath leak up around the bridge of your nose and fog up your eyeglasses? That is the ultimate in deadly serious show stoppers. If your eyeglasses keep fogging up then you cannot wear the face mask. That is the deal breaker. Welcome to the enormous world of eyeglass wearers, who the marketers have yet to accommodate.
The importance of this for all of us countless folks out here who wear eyeglasses, is of course that you must be able to _comfortably_ wear the mask with your eyeglasses on, and of absolute vital importance, that there NOT be any air leakage able come up around the bridge of your nose to fog up your eyeglasses. Some designs have “nose shaped curves” sewn into them, others have a thin bendable metal strip sewn in that you can form fit to your own unique face to stop or at least minimize air leakage, while still others – the best – have some clever combination of the two. I simply cannot over stress this enough – the face mask MUST have some simple workable method designed in to form fit closely up against your nose to prevent excessive air leakage. For eyeglass wearers, this is an absolute must, as otherwise we simply cannot wear them.
NOT BEING ABLE TO SEE because every time you breath out because your eyeglasses fog up is a very serious problem. And, as I am certain any number of eyeglass wearers here will agree, a lot of the face masks out there being sold by everyone and everyone these days are simply no good for those of us with prescription eyeglasses on. We simply cannot wear them. This is a very serious problem and the costs associated – nationwide – of countless people buying new face masks only to find they cannot use them (because they do not fit snugly around your nose and so fog up your eyeglasses!) is probably something in the millions of dollars already, and rapidly climbing!
IF YOU WANT TO SELL MORE FACE MASKS, use an advertisement picture of someone actually, SUCCESSFULLY, wearing their normal everyday prescription eyeglasses with the mask on at the same time! Make it a CLEAR SELLING POINT in your search-engine-searchable-description that _at least most people_ can wear your face masks WITH EYEGLASSES ON at the same time. Assuming your face mask designs can successfully pass the “comfortably-wear-eyeglasses-with-face-mask-on-with-no-fogging-problems” test, virtually every person in America who has to wear eyeglasses is going to be specifically looking to buy your products. I cannot stress this enough either – countless people are relentlessly searching via google and duckduckgo.com and etc., using every variation on “eyeglass compatible face masks” search terms possible. And they are not having an awful lot of luck! Search for yourself and see!
When you get rich selling your custom *eyeglass friendly face mask* designs, don’t applaud me, just throw some of those enormous profits and royalties my way. 🙂
