They did finally give me a credit of $10.00 for the next order, however, when I got that order in last week, while everything I had ordered was in the box this time, the packer had also included numerous items I did not order! I took pictures of everything and contacted their customer service to let them know I was concerned that their packers seemed to have issues filling orders accurately. I mean, I, of course, didn’t mind getting a bunch of free produce, but I’m sure the company didn’t want that much walking out the door!

  3. I’m glad you were happy with your experience. I signed up for it because you recommended it and I had a horrible experience. I got my second box in today, and my order was incorrect. And they are demanding I send them a picture of my packing slip in order to get a refund. Too bad they didn’t include a packing slip! I sent 7 pictures of where I tore the box apart looking for one in vain. Worst experience EVER with a subscription service. I will not use them ever again.
