FAQs

Can I use pre-cooked vegetable in this frittata recipe?

Absolutely! If you know you are going to be in a hurry in the morning, you can skip the second step. Simply microwave your vegetables the night before and put the covered in the fridge to use in the morning. You can microwave your vegetables and eggs together for an even quicker frittata.

How do I make frittata in a mug?

It is so easy! Simply half the recipe and bake it in a mug. Use two eggs instead of four and still use the suggested 1 tablespoon of butter. The measurements for the ingredients do not have to be exact. In fact if there is more or less of one ingredient that you like, feel free to add it or take it out. Frittatas are incredibly customizable and there is no one right way to make it.
