All of these items would help wake me up and get going on a cold winter morning. I am especially interested in the mushrooms and wonder how they can help our thinking and alertness. I’ll have to google it.
I have a girlfriend who is a cook or a chef. She works for what used to be Kraft testing their recipes. She has a machine she turns on before bed that’s on a timer. She wakes up to the smell of cooking bacon!
