Hello Steamy Kitchen family! We are excited to announce we have partnered with Buddha Board to review and giveaway 3 Buddha Board Prizes! We will be drawing for 1 Buddha Board Original, 1 Buddha Board Enso, & 1 Buddha Board Mini!

As you may know, I am a big promoter in mindfulness (especially mindful eating), so I love the Buddha Board to take a breath, relax and get creative!

Read more about these relaxing and mindful Buddha Boards below!

We reviewed all three models for the Buddha Board and had so much fun with each of them! There is something so soothing about disconnecting from the busy work week (and all the technology), playing some music and watching the paint strokes appear (and disappear) on the canvas!

Buddha Board Review

What Is A Buddha Board

Imagine an Etch-a-Sketch, but with water! You simply paint on the surface with water and your creation will come to life in bold design. Then as the water slowly evaporates, your art will magically disappear leaving you with a brand new canvas each time.

Buddha Board is based in Vancouver, BC Canada and was founded in 2000.

Buddha Board is inspired by the Zen idea of living in the moment.

Simply ‘paint’ on the surface with water and your creation will come to life in bold design. Then, as the water slowly evaporates, your art will magically disappear leaving you with a clean slate
and a clear mind, ready to create a whole new masterpiece. Buddha Board is environmentally friendly as it only uses water – no ink, no paint, no chemicals – and it will last for years with proper care.

Master the art of letting go, live for the moment and enjoy!

The Steamy Kitchen Buddha Board Review

As I mentioned I love adding moments of mindfulness and intention throughout the day, and the Buddha Board does just that! Use this

I love that it brings the relaxation of painting, without the mess, just using water! I also love their value in the art of letting go! As your painting disappears, I love that you can practive impermanence and non-attachment. Buddha Board states that this is a staple of Buddhist thinking, and how they got their name!
