The Steamy Kitchen Buddha Board Review
As I mentioned I love adding moments of mindfulness and intention throughout the day, and the Buddha Board does just that! Use this
I love that it brings the relaxation of painting, without the mess, just using water! I also love their value in the art of letting go! As your painting disappears, I love that you can practive impermanence and non-attachment. Buddha Board states that this is a staple of Buddhist thinking, and how they got their name!
Pros:
- Fun and incredible tool for mindfulness and relaxation
- Easy to play around with
- Love the core premise of this board to focus on non-attachment
- No mess, just use water!
Cons:
- It would be awesome to have an XL version to really have space for all sorts of creations!
- Your art does disappear – however this is part of the process and you can always take a picture to remember it by!
