I have a question about your most recent Instant win contest. I live in Canada so the Target gift certificate is no good here (We no longer have Target in Canada). Should I ignore these contests or do you give substitute gift certificates for these. (Buying from Target online is not an option for me since delivery will cost more than the actual prize).
