Thread & Whisk’s Bloom Culinary Totes are the most stylish way to transport food and wine to your next dinner party, picnic or just to the office.
The design takes inspiration from traditional Japanese rice bags, komebukuro that were used to carry rice to the temple for offering. While the original komebukuro is stitched from scraps of cotton (like patchwork), these Bloom Culinary Totes are made from durable canvas, spill-resistant polyester lining, and gorgeous leather and brass trim.
There are three styles to choose from, the small is perfect for a lunch. The medium (which is what they sent to me) can hold a 12″ casserole dish.
The wine tote can carry 2 bottles of wine with a divider to prevent bottles from clanking.
Our Dahlia Bloom Culinary Tote is 12″ round in Tuscan Yellow. The leather handle snaps on for different carrying configurations.

My favorite feature of the Bloom Culinary Tote is how side the bag opens, to make it simple to load/unload your containers.
The bottom insulated base keeps your food at the right temperature.
