How are you feeling this month so far? It feels like it was October 1st just yesterday and now we are nearly half way through the month!

Reading: I love this book Complete Wellness by Neal Yards Remedies. It has over 800 natural remedies for head to toe common ailments! I have been using it as a go to guide for a natural and holistic approach to wellness!

Roasted Pumpkin Recipe
As pumpkin season is upon us, this is my go to recipe to roast pumpkin!
Roasting enhances the flavors and gives the pumpkin a soft, creamy consistency that only the oven can do! It’s an easy and versatile recipe and perfect to make pumpkin wedges as a sweet and savory side dish or eat with a dip!

Have extra apples on their last leg, but don’t want to go through the work of whipping up a whole apple pie?
Apple chips are a great way to create a yummy snack and topping and require very little effort! Simply core your apples with an apple corer, slice horizontally into chips, lay out on a baking sheet, sprinkle with cinnamon and bake on low heat for a few hours!
