No Knead, No Shaping Baguettes

2. No Knead No Complicated Shaping Baguette Recipe. Have you been baking Quarantine Bread? I have a bread machine that I love – it makes a loaf of bread that looks like ass-cheeks for some reason)  

BUT when want a baguette, I turn to the No-Knead recipe from Jim Lahey of Sullivan Street Bakery in NYC. This version of the No-Knead Bread makes baguettes! There’s no complicated shaping – just cut the dough, stretch and pull. SUPER SIMPLE. Nestle in olives, garlic cloves and tomatoes. Get the recipe here. 

3. When’s the last time you did something nice for yourself ? I am using this time at home to do some self care practices, including long walks and sewing for fun! Are you taking care of yourself? 

4. I just want you to know I love each and every email that you all send! I can’t reply to all of them, as I get close to 400 emails from readers every week. I try my hardest to reply to as many as I can. Once I tried dictating replies on my phone while on a walk, but got whipped by a stray branch on a low tree! Not good haha!
