Vietnamese Peanut Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 lime juiced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons hot water
Instructions
- To use this recipes as dipping sauce, place all ingredients in a bowl and whisk to combine.
- To use this recipe as a Buddha Bowl sauce or salad dressing, increase the water to 6 tablespoons. Add all ingredients to a mason jar, secure with a lid and shake vigorously until combined.
- Store extra sauce in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
