I’m so thrilled to introduce to you to Buddha Teas! I’ve recently dropped drinking coffee in the morning, and now I drink coffee purely for enjoyment. It took about 2 weeks to wean myself off the coffee, but I did it because each morning, I felt like I “needed” the coffee, the caffeine in order to even function. Well, I just wanted to experiment and see if I could get off my caffeine addiction.

Success! I feel so much more energetic, better than ever before! It feels so amazing not to be dependent on coffee.

I’m enjoying a cup of Chai tea as I’m writing this. Buddha Teas. Buddha Teas, based in California, is committed to quality of their teas. They all come in bleach-free tea bags and their line of teas is UDA Certified Organic.

They have SO many types of teas, and they are all affordable, most of them under $8.00 for one box of 18 tea bags.
