I was lucky enough to try Swiss Diamond’s Nonstick Griddle – we used it for Korean BBQ! We set up a portable burner in the middle of the table and the griddle on top. We cooked vegetables on the side with the grill indentations….and thin-sliced marinated beef on the flat side. Not only did the nonstick work incredibly well, but cleanup was as easy as wiping it down with a paper towel.
