Super big thanks to Dole Salads for helping my local Boys & Girls Club out in a Spaghetti Night Fundraiser! The Boys & Girls club has an amazing teen leadership program, and they needed money to send the teens to the annual leadership conference.
I called on my friends at Dole Salads and they immediately replied with, “Absolutely!”
To make it super easy for the kids to prepare, Dole sent over their newest product, Dole Chopped Salad Kits. All the veggies are already chopped up (the biggest time saver!) and dressing is already included.
The BBQ Ranch, Bacon & Bleu, Asian Blend and Chipotle & Cheddar all have my favorite super-food — KALE! My kids loved the BBQ Ranch — and I loved the Asian Blend (of course, right!?)
We added leftover grilled steak that I had cut into very thin strips to serve on top of the Dole Chopped Salad Kit and dinner was served.
