I’ve known the owner of Hot Squeeze, Sue Sullivan, for a few years now, having reviewed her Hot Squeeze Orange Ginger Zing in the past. We loved the all natural ingredients and versatility in the sauce (used it for Baby Back Ribs, as a base for a salad dressing and as a sauce for pork chops.)

The best way I can describe the Hot Squeeze line of products is to say that the products can make any cook look like a professional chef! The spice blends (Moroccan Blue, Greek Isle, Italian Riviera, California Dreamin’) offer high-quality spices and herb blends that blend harmoniously to create a flavor profile for your meats, vegetables and seafood.
I love that you can just use a 3-finger pinch of the spice blend to add to roasted vegetables, along with a drizzle of olive oil.
The cleverly named “Orzo I Thought” blend of sweet potato orzo, orzo, black beans and quinoa is simple to make. I used beef broth to cook, instead of plain water. Then topped it off with grilled chicken for a meal.
With no gluten or dairy, the Ultimate Vinaigrette is so versatile. Think outside of salads, and use the vinaigrette as a marinade for tilapia or chicken breasts (along with a 1/2 teaspoon of any of the spice blends and a little salt/pepper.)
