Aroma and Flavor Notes

The Harvesting and Roasting Process
Our coffee beans are sourced from Fairtrade Certified small family coffee farms in Caranavi, the heart of the Bolivian coffee country. The coffee beans undergo a slow and intense roasting process to bring out their strong and charismatic flavor notes and ensure an exquisite crema. After this, the beans are finely ground to the approximate espresso grade.
