ball logoBrand new! Ball’s newest product is the Super Wide Mouth Half Gallon jar. It’s a functional and decorative storage canister for flour, candy, cookies, or even crafting supplies.

We are using our set of 3 to hold basmati rice, wild rice and brown rice. They look so pretty on our countertop! The lids are easy-open, push-top jar with silicone seal. No twisting! This product is not meant for canning, but for storage or decoration.

ball-super-wideThe glass is made in the USA, and is the same thick, sturdy glass as standard Ball canning jars. What I love about the Super Wide Half Gallon Ball Jar is the mouth opening – it’s wide enough for a measuring cup to fit through, as well as my hand.
