  2. I do Potato Salad. with sliced garlic and radish. Potatoes are chunked and not mashed.

  3. I put them in air fryer then when done cut open put butter little bit brown sugar pop back in at 400 for 5 min.So good

  5. There’s nothing like a good baked sweet potato. Dripping with butter. Yum. Until I knew my milk allergies, it was more dairy butter than sweet potato. since knowing, it’s more vegan, soy-free butter than sweet potato. I love really buttery sweet potatoes as I have my whole life. 2 ingredients to perfection! Making myself hungry here!

  7. This would benefit and make it easier to vacuum my place especially if I move the wrong way I’m done . I had treatment today and inside my back isn’t smooth it’s got soooo many pieces that need to be broken up. Boy was it ever be painful

  10. My husband cleaned the yam. Rubbed butter on the outside of the yam. Then he placed the yam on the rack in the oven and baked it at 325 or 350 degrees for at least 45 minutes or an hour. WHAA LAA!!

  11. yummy i roast sweet potatoes cut into chunks in the oven with garlic ginger root sage and other vegtables in pot. i call it a pot luck dinner. we usually put in sweet potatoes regualr potatoes some green veg either brussel brocilli green string beans, peas, spnich or celery and yellow orange and red foods like red peppers ,canned or fresh squeezed diced or crushed ripe red tomatoes add carrots, butternut squash, bell peppers,i add a cup of my favorite pasta or rice well as ive added perogies to the batch as well. once its all in the roasting pot add butter or my favorite low fat margerine. or favorite oils. salt pepper sage or savory and other herbs might want to try such as dill ,chili powder , turmeric, paprica, parsely, celery salt, garlic fresh or garlic salt. fresh ginger root or pre processed in jars. but not powdered ginger . sweet potatoes taste Delicious all in one pot with other vegtables and or cooked alone in their own pot . i love sweet potatoes mashed whipped with butter salt and pepper which is tastey too. i love to use my sweet potatoes mixed in with the pumpkins in a homemade in pumpkin pies. and i use sweet potatoes in mollasses cookies or muffins as a sweetener and adds moisture to my cupcakes muffins pies cakes and cookies. i find ways to use them in meals here every other day for healthy vitimains minerals that we need in the cold dark winters. sweet potatoes help to fight depression from seasonal affect disorder, lack of sunlight, and fights those winter blues. sweet potatoes flavor filled tastey snacks even dried in a food dehydrator they are super taste i make a bag or container of home made trail mix of sorts that includes dried sweet potatoes with dried vegtables and fruits. dried tomatoes dbel peppers with dried sweet potatoes make a healthy happy snack

  14. I prefer baked or mashed with cream butter rosemary salt and pepper with a squirt of lemon juice, olive oil and a side of chunky veggies
