We’ve been using the Enviroboards for the past 2 weeks – when we’re cleaning up the kitchen, the Enviroboards take a trip to the microwave. It’s so nice to have peace of mind with a clean, germ-free cutting board. The boards are flexible plastic. The nubs on the underside of the board keep the board from slipping on the counter. I’m used to thick, wood cutting boards, so it really took some time to get used to the thin plastic. While the Enviroboards are good for minimal chopping/slicing, it was difficult to use when mincing or heavy chopping. I found the boards convenient and easy to store (and easy to sanitize!)
