We now have new uses for our favorite spiralizer gadget – the Inspiralizer. Ali Maffucci, publisher of Inspiralized.com, created this top-rated spiralizer and wrote a cookbook to get everything eating more vegetables!

Her brand new cookbook is Inspiralized Everything is an A-Z guide for spiralizing fruits and vegetables. It’s organized like an encyclopedia, with the produce listed in alphabetical order. This way, you can easily learn how to best spiralize and cook a specific ingredient. The book is already on the NY Times Bestseller list!

Vietnamese Jicama Noodle Salad RecipeWe tried her Vietnamese Cold Jicama Noodle Salad recipe two weeks ago with some friends – it was a massive hit. The only change we made to the recipe was to also include a little bit of spiralized daikon. We love the different textures that the Inspiralizer produced – thin noodles of jicama and daikon, ribbons of carrots and swirls of cucumber.
