We now have new uses for our favorite spiralizer gadget – the Inspiralizer. Ali Maffucci, publisher of Inspiralized.com, created this top-rated spiralizer and wrote a cookbook to get everything eating more vegetables!
Her brand new cookbook is Inspiralized Everything is an A-Z guide for spiralizing fruits and vegetables. It’s organized like an encyclopedia, with the produce listed in alphabetical order. This way, you can easily learn how to best spiralize and cook a specific ingredient. The book is already on the NY Times Bestseller list!
We tried her Vietnamese Cold Jicama Noodle Salad recipe two weeks ago with some friends – it was a massive hit. The only change we made to the recipe was to also include a little bit of spiralized daikon. We love the different textures that the Inspiralizer produced – thin noodles of jicama and daikon, ribbons of carrots and swirls of cucumber.
Ali is providing a copy of her book, Inspiralize Everything, along with a Inspiralizer machine for a giveaway.
